About the 500 Foods Watchlist

The Watchlist is a simple listing of various publicly-traded stocks and other commodities that are of interest to members of the 500 Foods community generally.  Some of these relate to current or past clients, client of clients, and so on.  Some are of general interest due to their immense size and related impact on everyone else.  And some are just there mostly out of curiosity.  Currently, no 500 Foods staff hold positions in any companies listed here.

Data Sources

If there's a stock, index or other commodity that you'd like to see included, either in the main Watchlist page or on the 500 Foods home page, by all means please let us know!  

Generally, we get our quotes from IEX Cloud where possible, but other entries like the major indices, Bitcoin, currencies and so forth come from Yahoo! Finance.  Certainly anything that is available from either source is fair game.  If there's something else you'd like to see included, please be sure to provide the details of where it can be sourced from.
