Worker

Most of the time\, people are listed throughout the system as workers. In some organizations\, this is a synonym for employee\, but in situations where labour contractors are used\, referring to their people as "employees" is generally discouraged\, so a blanket term of worker is used instead\, covering all people regardless of who provides the paycheque.
