Activity Manager

NOTE: This is an unusually large and far-reaching release primarily due to increasing the number of Allocation Reports.  This change precipitated a great many changes in other modules, which then led to even more changes, a cascading effect that has ended up with the change list as we have here.  Also, due to the length of time taken to complete this release, numerous other requests were implemented at the same time, but not released previously due to the interdependency of other changes.  Looking forward to returning to something more like the previous weekly or bi-weekly update cadence!

Worker Manager

1. Changed list of reports to point at newer Security Manager interface to retrieve list.
2. Added new Emergency Contacts report to show Worker name, telephones, emergency contacts, health numbers and SIN numbers with various options to limit some of that information.
3. Fixed problem with launching module in an unattended mode, such as when running reports via the Notification Manager.
4. Set scrollwheel options for all views.
5. Updates to Fingerprint UI, fixed problem with disabled finger #5.

Notifications Manager

1. Added ability to generate the Emergency Contacts report in a Scheduled Event, along with the ability to set the various options normally available when running the report manually.

Labour Manager

1. Adjust start/finish columns to include dates.  Tried to adjust other date/time related columns to work better with the 24-hr situation.  A work in progress to be sure.
2. Updated the \"Window' to get more info from the Shift so that the Shift can better anticipate this kind of thing.  Seems redundant I suppose.  But seemingly necessary as people get assigned to Shifts that seem to have nothing to do with the hours they actually work.  At least at PSF, that is.

Shift Manager

1. Added AutoShift fields.  Window Start/End fields.
2. Updated UI to reference Shift Exception instead of Shift Override for consistency.

Activity Manager

1. Activity Manager.  Changed default location to a lookup field using path label for the lookup values.

Worker Manager

1. Copy, Cut & Paste context menu added to Batch Registration spreadsheet.

Repair Tool

1. Changed text of replication emails from <shortversion> to <versionshort> so it works properly.
2. Work on Data Replication user interface stuff.

Greenhouse Viewer

1. One Week Summary report updated to use STARTDATE properly instead of date/time range functions when doing weekday totals.

Activity Manager

1. Premiums tab.  Don't set the Activity when editing Premiums records so that when looking at all Premiums, it works properly. 
2. Premiums tab.  Adjust settings for lookup columns to cache the lookup values in an effort to improve the speed of navigating records in the view.
3. Activity Attributes tab.  Minor UI tweak to assign labels to different parts of the tab, use panels instead of bezels to break up the fields.

Labour Manager

1. Fix problem with menu initialization that was preventing Notification Manager tasks from launching the Labour Manager in its unattended mode.

Notifications Manager

1. More error checking of scheduled events and bypassing potential query errors related to logging events.
2. Added button to Scheduled Events to set the Last Run date/time to the current date/time so that when adding new events, they won't have to always run right away.
3. Duplicate Event function now updates the daily schedule times properly.
4. Updated the menus to the current app conventions.

KIND OF A BIG RELEASE.  Been working on this non-stop since the last release and it has been weeks it seems.  So lots of things here to dig into.

Main Menu

1. A few different attempts at addressing forms not appearing anywhere visible to the user.  While this was initially a multi-monitor issue, some of the so-called fixes to this started having issues on non-multi-monitor setups (like mine!).  Boo.  Hiss.  Anyway, a few iterations and I think it is working ok.  Will find out in short order as others start to use it.  Not sure what triggered my windows being off-screen though.  Really strange.
2. Adjustments to more or less synchronize all the different databases to use the same menu arrangement for the most part, including and specifically hiding the modules that are not part of the desktop app.  Bit of standardization on module #'s > 1000 for example.
3. Shift-click when opening a module will center it on the main desktop display.  Kind of a backup if all else fails.  Cuz it is really annoying when it does.  A bit tricky though as if the module is already open it needs to be closed first.  Non-obvious I'd have to say.

Login

1. Updated mechanisms for using AUTOADM accounts on EMH500 and YVR500 databases.  Bit of review of how these things are launched, what appears on the login screen, etc.
2. Updated some DB/Title references.

IPM Manager

1. Fixed incorrectly assigned grid links.
2. Finished period menu.  Enabled Help.

Labour Manager

1. Fixed incorrectly assigned grid links.
2. Fixed/Finished Labour Manager \"Change\" menu for altering user-edited raw punches.  Bit of documentation.
3. Labour Manager.  Updated references to MODIFIER and DATAMARK_USERNAME for > 8 characters.

Activity Manager

1. Enabled Help.
2. Updated references to MODIFIER and DATAMARK_USERNAME for > 8 characters.
3. Premiums functions finished.  Documentation to support Premiums function also finished.

Support Ticket Tool

1. Changed View button to show what is currently being viewed.

Team Manager

1. Updated references to MODIFIER and DATAMARK_USERNAME for > 8 characters.

Shift Manager

Worker Manager

2. Batch Registration spreadsheet completed.  YAY.  Been a LONG TIME coming.  Only a couple of lines of text here, but many thousands and thousands of lines of code and dozens of hours of just testing it.  Argh.
3. Quick Registration now adds a Worker Note when the worker is initially registered, and an additional note when material is added via the Batch Registration process.
4. Bits of documentation.

General

1. Error Notifications.  Reformated how the error messages are displayed.  Maybe a bit nicer.  Not sure.  More work on how messages are sent, whether they are sent at all, etc.  Not sure if it will make much of a difference, but need to try to improve the experience for people who get errors all the time.  Hopefully less with the 8 character MODIFIER thing fixed.
2. Icons.  Added icons to a whole bunch of places to make it look prettier.  Will see if anyone says anything.
3. Help.  Made general functions for the Help & Feedback menus that are going to start popping up all over the place.  New Canvas icon added, other icons, etc.

Probably LOTS MORE that I've forgotten to write down.  But this is a pretty heavy update.

Grading Manager

1. Added AX_INVENTTABLE_VF_PLU_NUM field to show the PLU code without the \"PLU\" prefix attached.

Support Ticket Tool

1. Completed work on this, and added links to it from the Main Menu and the Activity Manager.  Will be adding it to more modules as time goes on.

Team Manager

1. Minor tweaks to Access History.

Shift Manager

1. Minor updates to UI for start of theme change.  Added Super, first, last, name to main view.  Added some elements to the Access History.

Notifications Manager

1. Tweaks to Log tab UI.

Login

1. Login.  Icons.

Worker Manager

1. Icons.
2. Security Manager option for accessing Status Change function.

About

1. New customer logos.

Main Menu

1. Main Menu & Security Manager & Module Manager.  Filters for non-module modules.  For things that we want to be able to tag with Support Tickets.  Lots of them.

General

1. Help & Support button added to a few places.  Came up with new standardized menu.  Means of linking to Support Ticket Tool, Canvas pages, email and telephone links.
2. Parameter #32 augmented with Lookup 10,000 and 10,001 to hold the email and telephone numbers for the Help & Support menus if not default.
3. Canvas.  Initial pages added for Annotation Tool, Support Ticket Tool and Activity Manager.  Long road ahead here.

Labour Manager

1. Fixed problem with adding workers not present in the Labour Manager.  Their punch-ins were missing when doing this.

Activity Manager

1. Major overhaul of the Activity Manager interface.  The \"gray\" theme applied, basically.  No more green!  Numerous cosmetic changes to the layout.  Nothing particularly structural though.

Shift Manager

1. Update to allow shift premiums via having a start and end time applied to each premium record.

Repair Tool

1. Corresponding update to the Repair Tool to accommodate time-based premiums.
