Notifications Manager
- Fixed Annotations module launching and syncing. Also updates to the Annotations module for the same thing. Added red tag icon. Changed how queries are loaded so the automated notifications work properly again.
Annotation Tool
- Setup system to have default Annotations module launch into a \"personal archive\" of annotations for general notekeeping purposes and because there apparently needs to be a module defined for everything else to work normally.
