Notifications Manager

  1. Added an 'Exceptions Tracker' tag to the Notification Manager.  This is intended to show application errors (exceptions) encountered by users in a format that other system administrators can use.  IE, to help show that if a particular error is encountered, whether it is recurring, how often, who is encountering it, and just how much trouble it is causing.  More with an eye to helping determine whether resources should be spent on addressing it.
  2. Fixed an error within the Notification Manager that was occurring when scheduled tasks were taking too long to complete.  The Notification Manager processes lists of activities to perform.  Once it completes one activity, it moves on to the next.  The problem was that one particular activity was taking so long that when it went to move on to the next, the database connection had timed out, resulting in an error.  This change forces the Notification Manager to first check to see if the database connection is still valid before continuing.  Small thing to fix, difficult thing to find.

General

  1. Fixed an Access Violation (AV Exception) that was occurring when closing modules.  Unlike a similar error with the Greenhouse Viewer that occurred because of a newly added report, this error was happening because of changes related to an upgraded third-party component, EurekaLog.
