1. Network Test is now run automatically after login for each IP address once every 10 days.

1. Worker tab.  Fixed some fields (like AlphaID) that were blank.

1. Updated Access History tab to have Context Button, re-enabled saved views.

1. Fixed issue that was preventing Views from being saved with longer names.
2. Set global option for Views to be more permissive in handling  NULL vs. Blank values in filter criteria.
